Hivernage Hotel & Spa, Marrakesh

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well-cared for. The staff truly went above and beyond, especially Mina, who made my stay extra special. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore Marrakech. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, enjoying the helpful staff and clean, modern rooms. However, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of one front desk manager, which unfortunately impacted our honeymoon plans. The facilities are good, but there's some room for improvement in the dining experience.

The hotel has a beautiful breakfast buffet with a good mix of Moroccan dishes and a lovely pool area, although the service can be inconsistent and some amenities need improvement. While I enjoyed the spa facilities, my overall experience felt lacking for a supposed five-star hotel due to various inconveniences during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. I loved the warm welcome and support the staff provided, especially while booking excursions, and the breakfast was delightful with amazing mint tea. However, my initial room was not ready on time and even after the upgrade, there were maintenance issues which were disappointing. Overall, it’s a good spot if you want a comfortable place to stay in Marrakech, but beware of inconsistent service.
